Prohibition on Corrupt Practices
Employees are required to refrain from any forms of illegal payments, bribes, gifts, rewards or other advantages that could influence decision-making by counterparties or government bodies.
It is forbidden to give bribes or promise compensation to public officials, employees of partner companies, or third parties including intermediaries, consultants, agents, contractors, etc.
Each employee must:
• Comply with relevant legislative acts and regulatory requirements concerning anti-corruption measures.
• Refuse participation in suspicious transactions or offers involving potential violations of anti-corruption legislation.
• Immediately report to management any cases of suspected or actual discovery of corruption incidents.
Violation of this Anti-Corruption Clause may result in disciplinary action up to dismissal for an employee as well as possible legal consequences under Hong Kong law and international norms.
To prevent violations, the Company implements a comprehensive internal control system aimed at identifying risks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
